Anne Boulley has spent the last decade as a chocolatier and teaching others the immense joy of creating edible art from high quality ethical ingredients. A former food writer, then caterer, Anne found her calling when she dove into the world of chocolate. She grew up with parents who were always making things from scratch. Thus, Anne's someone who has made her own cheeses, breads, jams, foraged for wild mushrooms and asparagus and relishes in learning new culinary skills like harvesting sea salt. It's only been natural for her to want to do it all when working with chocolate. She is both a small time chocolate maker and chocolatier continually adding to her repertoire of chocolate knowledge.
