Master Chocolatier Anne Boulley invites you to an immersive four-day masterclass dedicated to the art and craft of fine chocolate. Come to The cherry capitol of the world and spend your off time at the local wineries and lakefront parks.
What You Will Learn
• Craft chocolate from the bean
• Temper chocolate flawlessly in any environment
• Create hand-painted bonbons, truffles, and chocolate bars
• Prepare a wide range of ganache, caramel, crunchy, and specialty fillings
• Design artistic showpieces including chocolate roses, geodes, and a showstopper giant cherry chocolate pinata.
• Create your own signature Chocolate Portrait — a proprietary technique perfected by Anne
Participants will leave with the confidence to recreate everything independently and will receive five hours of complimentary one-on-one mentoring via email, phone, or Zoom within one year of the class.

Tempered Beauty — Recipes & Techniques for the Modern Chocolatier.

Daily Schedule
Classes run from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break.
Located just one block from the beach, you’ll have time to explore the shoreline or enjoy the acclaimed restaurants and boutiques of beautiful Traverse City.

Online Portrait Chocolate Class
June 4th, Thursday 1pm-3:15pm EST

$75 includes videos, live zoom session and pdf files.
Learn how to make white chocolate bars that when held to a lightsource reveal a photograph. Or use a milk or dark chocolate version to make logo and custom chocolate bars. Anne also shares how to make custom bonbons, inserts for existing molds and provides all the details on how to make the files you need. Making your own vacuum molds or silicone molds and how to prepare them included. Files released to you the day before class on Zoom. You can choose to attend the one on June 4th or June 6th.
